As Garden of Sun Hotel, our quality policy is to:
• Establish and maintain a service approach focused on “Guest and Employee Satisfaction” through our internationally accredited Quality Management System established in accordance with ISO standards, ensuring unconditional guest satisfaction and appropriate employee satisfaction.
• Prevent pollution at its source, attach importance to recycling, and promote environmental awareness among all our employees.
• Ensure the safety of our guests and employees; to prevent occupational accidents and diseases by identifying Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) risks and taking necessary measures to minimize these risks.
• Establish an exemplary management and operational system by using continuous measurement and improvement mechanisms.
• Continuously train and develop ourselves with the full participation of all our employees.
