How the information we obtain about you and the products and services you request shall be used and protected while you visit this website and use the products and services we offer through this site shall be subject to the conditions set forth in this “Privacy Policy”. 1. Purpose of personal data protection and processing policy
   Due to the sensitivity of the work we have been dealing with as KARPİEN İNŞAAT SAN VE TİCARET LTD. STI., the data received from our Guests or Prospective guests have been kept confidential and have never been shared with third parties. The protection of personal data is the main policy of our company. As KARPİEN İNŞAAT SAN VE TİCARET LTD. STI we also undertake to comply with all responsibilities brought by the Law on the Protection of Personal Data. Our company’s principles regarding the protection of personal data also include our subsidiaries.
2. The scope and modification of the personal data protection and processing policy
   This Policy, prepared by our company, has been prepared in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”). The data obtained from you with your consent or in terms of compliance listed in the Law shall be used to enhance the quality of the products and services we offer, to improve the products and services offered to you and our quality policy. Nevertheless, some of the data we have are depersonalized and anonymized. These data are used for statistical purposes and are not subject to Law enforcement and our Policy. KARPİEN İNŞAAT SAN VE TİCARET LTD. STI.   The Law on the Protection of Personal Data aims to protect the automatically obtained data of our Guests, prospective Guests, employees and Guests of companies that work in solution partnership with us and provide services to us (subcontractors) or other persons and also incorporated regulations regarding such persons. Our company has the right to modify our policy and our Regulation provided that it is in compliance with the Law and that personal data have improved protection.

III. Basic rules regarding the processing of personal data
a) Compliance with the law and the rules of good faith: KARPIEN İNŞAAT SAN VE TİCARET LTD. STI questions the source of the data it collects or receives from other companies and places emphasis on obtaining them lawfully and within the framework of good faith.

Maximum Savings Policy/Parsimony Policy
Under this policy called “the maximum savings policy” or “the parsimony policy”, the data received by KARPİEN İNŞAAT SAN VE TİCARET LTD. STI. are only processed into the system as much as required. Therefore, the data we collect are determined by the purpose. Redundant data are not collected. Other data are transferred in the same way that delivered to company information systems. Data are shared with business and solution partners to the extent that the service requires and only with a commitment to data confidentiality and such parties are obliged to take measures for data security.

In accordance with the Law on Regulation of E-Commerce and Directive on Commercial Communication and Electronic Messages, advertising messages can only be sent to those, who have given their consent before.
